Future Leaders Summit 29.11. at Haikko Manor, Finland

Business Cooperation for Leadership in the 4th Industrial Revolution

We live in the volatile times. The world is undergoing an industrial revolution that is changing the ways of how we work, live and interact to one another. It is called the Fourth Industrial Revolution and described as technology-driven, changing economic rules and accelerating globalisation.

This phenomenon forces businesses and executives to re-evaluate the “whys” and “hows” of their businesses, and leaders to re-examine themselves.
The change cannot be ignored and, thus, requires extensive dialogue and sharing of views. In Future Leaders’ Summit, prominent industry representatives, startups and researchers from the widely known Finnish and Lithuanian organizations will share how they adapt the strategies and
leadership to the new rules of the game where consumers and employees are driven by the new values and interests.

Future Leaders’ Summit is hosted by the Finnish-Lithuanian Trade Association (SuLi) and the Lithuanian Embassy in Finland. It aims to be an open platform for peer-to-peer learning, sharing good practices of business and cultural aspects in both countries, and understanding what it takes to be the Future Leader individual and corporate) in the region.
